The voice on the tape calling on Iraqis to defend the city of Mosul and against the Iraqi army, which seeks to retake the city from ISIS.

In a message released on Thursday morning (03/11), a voice: "Defend your homeland with honor thousand times easier than having retreated in shame."
"Do not retreat," he said. "Total war and the great jihad will only increase our faith, God willing, and our belief that these are the beginning of victory."
Messages on the tape calling on the people of Nineveh, one of the Iraqi province where Mosul is located, to fight the 'enemies of God'. This recording is also calling for more ISIS sympathizers to attack other countries.
